iCORAFM 100.40
The whole picture, held in one seat — the identity, the app, the campaign and the content direction that keeps it running. Not a brief handed between teams.
Signal.
(Brand & Campaign)iCORA FM 100.40 — “the voice of the voiceless” — broadcasts out of Richard's Bay. This is the account where we hold everything: the identity, the app, the out-of-home campaign, and the ongoing content direction. Most studios get handed one slice of a brand. Here we own the whole thing, which means every decision answers to the same taste instead of being negotiated between four suppliers.
The mark is a dotted signal arc — a broadcast wave rendered as beadwork, blue and red, reading as both frequency and community. It scales from a keyring tag to a four-metre hoarding without losing itself, which is the only real test a radio identity has to pass.
The campaign lines do the positioning work: “your community, your frequency” and “the voice of the voiceless” — station promises stated plainly, sized to be read at a glance from across the street.
A radio station lives or dies on recognition. Every asset in this system is built to be spotted from across the taxi rank.
The point of holding the whole account is that none of it drifts. The mark on the keyring, the splash screen in the app and the line on the hoarding were all made by the same hand, in the same month, answering to the same idea. That's what a station gets when one studio holds identity, campaign and content together — coherence, by default, instead of by committee.
